Absolutely! I am always happy to provide pattern support be it for my paid or free patterns. You can email me at [email protected] with your query.

If there is a particular section of a pattern that you’re struggling with or want to check that what you have looks right then do try to include a clear photo of your work in your email then I can see what you have so far and give a more informed answer.

I do have some full length video tutorials on my YouTube channel and am working to be posting there more consistently – do go subscribe! ♡

Some patterns will have support tutorials for certain stitches or techniques. These will always be linked in the PDF or blog post so that you can access them easily.

If there are any specific patterns that you would like full length tutorial for or certain stitch/technique support videos do let me know know and I will do my best to get them made available!

Mistakes do happen so if you think there is an error or a typo within a pattern do let me know. You can use the contact form on the website or email me at [email protected].

If the error you’ve spotted is in a paid pattern PDF then I would suggest first checking the listing page for that pattern to see if there have been any recent updates. A note will have been added to the description if there have been. You can then contact me using the methods mentioned above and request the updated version of the pattern.

If you purchased your pattern on Ravelry then any updates will automatically be available.
If you purchased your pattern on Etsy then please message me via Etsy messenger as I can see your order confirmation there.

When you purchase your pattern on the website you will receive a download link in your order confirmation email. This link is only valid for 30 days. If it has been longer than 30 days since you purchased your pattern then please email me at [email protected] or use the contact form and provide the following details:

  • Your name
  • Order Number
  • Pattern/s purchased

I will then be able to assist you.

If you purchased your pattern elsewhere please use the contact section on that platform (e.g. Etsy) and I will be able to see your order information there.

No, you can also find my patterns on Ravelry, Etsy and some on LoveCrafts.

I also have patterns available on the Wool Warehouse website that have been commissioned by Yarnsmiths. You can find those here.

Of course you can! I’d be delighted if you sold items made from my patterns. My crochet business began with me selling finished pieces and I’m always happy for others to do the same. I just ask that you give credit to me as the original designer for the pattern and share a link to my website or Etsy where other people can also find the pattern.

Do tag me in your social media posts (@brambles.and.hart) as I love to see other makers versions of my designs!

Please do not try and pass off any of my designs as your own or distributed the pattern in part or as a whole in any way. This applies to free patterns also, these may not be copied and sold or shared for free other than by me, Brambles and Hart.

Yes I am! You can find all of the relevant information here.
