Refund Policy

Physical Products

For physical products only, our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days. If more than 30 days have elapsed since the purchase of your product then we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange unless the item is deemed to be faulty.

To be eligible for a return, you must notify Brambles & Hart of your intention to return the item within 30 days of purchase. Your item/s must be returned unused and in the same condition in which you received the item e.g. tags intact and no damage or signs of wear to product. You as the customer are responsible for ensuring that your product is received by Brambles & Hart no longer than 7 working days after you requested a refund. The cost of return postage is to be paid by the customer unless the item has been deemed to be faulty or damaged.

Items that have been personalised are not eligible for return or refund unless they are deemed to be damaged or faulty.

Digital Products

Due to the digital downloadable nature of products such as PDF Crochet Patterns all digital items are exempt from refunds/returns/exchanges.

Please note that download links sent via email at time of purchase are only valid for 30 days since date of purchase. Please ensure that you download all of your files within this time.

If you experience difficulties downloading your files please or believe there to be an error within a written crochet pattern then please contact us at [email protected] including your name, order number and the item purchased and we will be happy to help you.

PDF Crochet Patterns will often be updated if there are any errors or changes required to a pattern. See the pattern listing description to see if an update has been made. If so you can email [email protected] and request the updated version of the pattern. Please include your name, order number and the pattern you would like to have updated in the email.
